We are proud to offer FREE worldwide shipping on ALL orders.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

International Shipping

We provide shipping to over 100 countries around the globe. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you are located in one of those countries, we will contact you

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your designated country. Paw-sibilities is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. You are responsible as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@paw-sibilities.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items that you have purchased together will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
